Red Panda provides junk removal, property cleanouts, and related hauling services in Rockford, Illinois and nearby Northern Illinois communities, as described on this website. The specific scope of any job is confirmed between you and us before work begins.

Requesting a Quote

You can request a quote by phone, text, or the forms on this site. Quotes are based on the information and photos you provide. The final scope and price are confirmed once we’ve reviewed your specific situation — an initial quote may be adjusted if the actual job differs materially from what was described (for example, significantly more volume than mentioned).

Scheduling

Scheduling is based on availability and is confirmed directly with you before a job is booked. We’ll work with you on timing, but we don’t guarantee a specific response time or same-day availability for every request.

Pricing and Payment

We explain the expected price before work begins. If the actual scope changes once we’re on site (for example, more items than described, or material that requires different handling), we’ll discuss that with you before proceeding. We don’t publish fixed prices on this site because pricing depends on volume, material type, weight, labor, access, and disposal requirements specific to each job.

What We Do and Don’t Accept

Individual service pages on this site describe what’s typically included, what may require confirmation, and what we don’t accept (such as hazardous materials and certain construction debris). If you’re unsure whether an item is included, ask before scheduling.

Your Responsibilities

When you request service, you confirm that:

  • You have the right to have the items removed (you own them, or have authorization from the property owner or a legal representative, such as in an eviction, foreclosure, or probate situation)
  • The information you provide about the job is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • Access to the property and items will be reasonably safe and as described

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as you can so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.

Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable care with your property during every job. To the extent allowed by Illinois law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions not caused by our work.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our business grows. We’ll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
